On Thursday, June 11, 2026, we said our final good‑byes to Mike “Best Buddy” Bxxxxxxxxx as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
Mike’s family is too large to list, but all who loved him feel his loss. Mike is deeply missed by his mother, Linda Bxxxxxxxxx. He is preceded in death by his cat‑sister Mallory and his long‑time girlfriend, Izzy, who surely welcomed him with love on the other side.
Mike lived his life with enthusiasm and charm. He loved to run around with the Zoomies, bark at leaves, take long strutting walks, and play endlessly with his beloved stuffed pumpkin — especially tossing it down the stairs just so he could retrieve it again. He enjoyed watching TV, investigating every snack anyone dared to eat, stalking the kitchen, and waking his mother early each morning for breakfast, as any true gourmand would.
Mike loved speaking Spanish in Milwaukee, but his greatest passion was interior decorating. He knew exactly which rugs tied a room together, and he never hesitated to remind his mother of her questionable design choices. His opinions were strong, his taste impeccable, and his commitment unwavering.
Mike filled our days with joy, comfort, and the kind of unconditional love only a true companion can give. His paws may no longer walk beside us, but his spirit, his loyalty, and his gentle presence will stay in our hearts forever. Rest easy, sweet friend. You were — and always will be — our Best Buddy.
