Hospital Policy

We respect your privacy; your personal information will never be shared with any other organizations or people without authorization from you.

Being a medical facility we require that all pets brought in should be current on all their vaccines. We require this because we do see pets that are sick and some of these illnesses could have been prevented with vaccines. If your pet is having surgery at the hospital, your dog must be current on DHLPP, Bordetella and Rabies Vaccines, your cat must be current on FVRCP, and Rabies vaccine. If your pet is not current, vaccines must be administered in order for the procedure to be performed.
All pets that here for grooming must have these vaccines as well.
There are no exceptions to this rule; we do not want your pet or another pet contracting these viruses.

All pets brought into the hospital must be on a leash or in a carrier

All payments are due at the time of service. We do not offer any billing or payment plan options.

Prescriptions

Our hospital does not approve any prescription requests by phone or fax. If you prefer to obtain your medication elsewhere, the doctor will give you a written out prescription in order for you to fill it.
Please be aware that there are certain medications that require us to perform blood work every 6 to 12 months and no prescriptions will be given until it is performed.
