Appointment Policy Appointments are
preferred. Calling
ahead to set up an appointment for your pet(s) will ensure that we
have adequate time to address your pet’s specific problem and
provide you with the personalized service you deserve. Walk-in appointments are
welcomed, however, clients with appointments and emergency cases
will always receive top priority. |
Payment Policy We require payment in full at
the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal
checks. We
will not accept personal checks without a valid
driver’s license, and the account must be in current good
standing. We
also will not accept personal checks from new clients
upon their initial visit. |

Patient Arrival
Policy For your protection, and that of
others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while
in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an
appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. |
